一、rang（原形ring）在这里是动词，也就是谓语。电话响了，the telephone rang，本身是没有错的。不是只有be动词才可以做谓语，你用was+rang，动词+动词，是组不成结构的，也不通顺。ring的名词用法我没有见过。如果一定要在前面用be动词，必须给ring加上ing，“ringing”是“正在响的”，就可以做为形容词使用。不过这样就要换一种句式，比如“ the telephone was ringing for almost 1minute.”二、你刚刚见过李先生吗？ ——这句话可以这样说“Have you met MR.LI just now?”just now 偏向于刚刚发生的事情，而just还有“只是，不过”的意思。比如：“I come here just to see you.三、ago应该是不用的，建议你问一问老师。比如 He had left here for 3 years, 可以说成 He left here 3 years ago，但是就不能用完成时态了。
