厨师职业病的几种类型：

那么我们厨师该怎么去避免呢？可以经常做一些舒展身体的运动，比如在工作间隙踢踢腿，或者是做有节奏地跺脚、抬脚跟等小运动。另一方面，饮食调理对预防静脉曲张也有着不可忽视的作用。建议厨师朋友们平常多食水果、蔬菜和杂粮，因为这些食物对促进血液循环很有帮助。

最后还要说说厨房噪声对我们耳朵（听力）的影响。在厨房，我们厨师每天都处在高分贝噪声的侵蚀下，这不仅容易使我们的听力下降，精神无法放松，而且还很容易急躁发怒，那么这又应该怎么解决呢？这就需要我们在工作中合理地使用厨房里的各种设施设备。比如，可以购买一些噪音小的先进设备去替换噪音大的老设备，或者是给那些震动大的设备添加减震垫，从而减小厨房里的噪声。另一方面，作为职业厨师，我们工作之余还要经常去公园或郊外放松自己的身体，舒缓自己的情绪，我们还可以参加一些业余文娱体育活动，这些方式都可以缓解厨房噪声对我们耳朵的压力和侵害。
