用我们的话说就是吊着油门走,以前送车是运费是承办性质,油钱包含在里面的,那必须要练就黄金右脚才行,一趟新疆3000多公里下来,新手和老司机的油耗差距立马体现出来了,小车至少800块钱的油耗差距,大车至少是1500块钱的油耗差距,这是省油的初级阶段,只适合高速路,但是以前我们为了省钱,走国道比较多一点,中级阶段就是空档滑行,江湖人称“滑山派”,适合坡道多,但是人少的地方,不建议新手学习和模仿,高级阶段“揪钥匙”熄火滑,强烈不推荐,因为熄火后方向只有一点点,刹车只有一脚,碰了刹车立马就要触燃发动机,否则就彻底没刹车和方向了,因为不是自己的车,所以不担心损坏,没办法,跑单车运费给得低,谁都不愿意冒那个风险,三种方式结合起来使用,用得好的话,300公里的路跑下来,里程表上只有200-220公里,因为熄火后里程表不会走。
言归正传,吊着油走的意思就是只要速度起来了,踩油门的深度就是刚好能够给车动力就行了,就在那个点上反复加一小点点油门,速度和转速起来了再松一小点点油门,就在那个点上反复操作,但是那个要速度感和发动机转速感很强才可以,不然感觉不出来发动机转速和速度之间很微妙的变化的话,就做不到精确控制,我觉得至少需要连续驾龄三年以上吧才能够感觉到吧

怎样锻炼腘绳肌

腘绳肌是大腿后链肌群的总称,强大的腘绳肌,可以让大腿肌群更平衡。

而大多数人更重视以股四头肌为代表的大腿前链肌群的锻炼,前链肌群过强,而后链肌群过弱,是腘绳肌拉伤的常见原因,因此练好腘绳肌是非常重要的。

而我们想要练好腘绳肌,就需要了解腘绳肌的形态与功能,这样可以掌握它的发力技巧,再配合训练动作,就可以实现目标。

一 腘绳肌的形态与功能

1 形态

大腿肌群分成三个部分,

01 以股四头肌,缝匠肌为代表的前链肌群,

02 以股薄肌,短收肌,耻骨肌,长收肌,大收肌为代表的侧链肌群。

03 以股二头肌,半腱肌,半膜肌为代表的后链肌群。

其中整个后链肌群,统称为腘绳肌。所以腘绳肌是后链肌群的总称,不是某一块肌肉。

2 功能

腘绳肌的功能是“伸髋关节,屈膝关节“。

”伸髋关节”的意思就是由屈体状态到伸体状态的过程。

”屈膝关节”的意思就是小腿后侧和大腿后侧接近的过程。

二 训练动作推荐

我们知道,腘绳肌包括股二头肌,半腱肌和半膜肌三部分,

其中股二头肌在大腿后链的外侧,锻炼它需要通过“伸髋关节”这个功能来实现。

1 针对股二头肌(重点)

推荐的动作就是”直腿硬拉”。

双脚与肩同宽,脚尖略向内站立,双手比肩略宽握杠,挺直腰背,膝关节伸直或略弯曲。

呼气,开始向心收缩,拉动杠铃的同时臀部要向后撅起,直到身体直立为止。

吸气,开始向心收缩,慢慢放下杠铃,恢复原始位置。

这个动作可以使用中等重量,保持膝关节伸直状态,这样可以重点锻炼股二头肌。

2 针对半腱肌和半膜肌(重点)

推荐的动作就是”俯身腿弯举”。

这个动作是通过“伸膝关节”的功能来实现的。

俯卧在训练器械上,用脚后跟勾住负重,呼气,开始向心收缩,双腿屈膝,让小腿后侧向大腿后侧接近。

吸气,开始离心收缩,伸膝,缓慢恢复原始姿态。重复这个过程。

做这个动作时,在屈膝的过程中,同时足向内旋,重点锻炼半腱肌和半膜肌。

如果足向外旋,则重点锻炼股二头肌。

保持中间位,则平衡锻炼腘绳肌。

因此建议训练时,三种位置交替使用,可以更全面的锻炼腘绳肌。

三 总结:

通过了解腘绳肌的形态和功能,掌握肌群的发力方法,再通过直腿硬拉和俯卧腿弯举来重点锻炼。

在做直腿硬拉时,要注意脚尖略向内站立,膝关节越接近伸直状态,对股二头肌的锻炼效果越好。

做俯卧腿弯举时,屈膝的同时足内旋,外旋或保持中间位,会对半腱肌,半膜肌以及股二头肌带来不同的侧重锻炼。

因此,做好以上内容,腘绳肌就会得到全面的锻炼,也可以减少大腿前后链肌群的不平衡问题,减少伤病的发生。

滑翔伞本身毫无任何动力,它之所以能够飞行,除了伞衣充满空气后显出特殊的形状外(飞行翼),全靠飞行员控制,结合大气中种种特性(空气动力)飞行。

传统式的降落伞,即一般降落伞,在空中只能产生下降阻力,没有升力,而滑翔伞在空中飞行过程中会产生速度和升力,而且它的速度和升力远远大过它的阻力。

因为在构造上,滑翔伞伞衣内层结构设有气囊,在没有充满空气前,滑翔伞没有实质的棱角,一旦内层气囊充满空气,滑翔伞的前沿就会出现棱角。这样,滑翔伞在空中飞行时将相对的气流由翼面上下分别引开流动,阻力与对方的风力平行,重量与翼上方空气相结合,使滑翔伞产生速度前进。

滑翔伞之能够达到滑翔与滞空目的,其中最主要的理论是空气动力学(即滑翔伞上层与下层长度不同,当有前进速度时,空气流经滑翔伞上下表面,在不同长度的面上会产生不同的压力差,压力大的一面会往压力小的一面推挤)。
