颜色词在中西方文化的差异
由于中西的历史变迁，文化传统和风俗习惯，思维方式和表达方式，心理因素，政治制度，自然条件和生活条件各方面的不同之处，颜色词所承载的信息和意义也不同，体现了中西文化的差异。这种不同文化之间颜色象征意义的差异是由于各自民族的文化历史背景、审美心理的不同而产生的，是在社会的发展、历史的沉淀中形成的。颜色词作为语言的一部分既是人类情绪和感受的体现,又承载着深刻的文化信息。从根本上讲，在中国文化中，颜色的象征是基于过去中国的封建统治、封建迷信及其原始、落后的科学、教育状况而形成的，所以颜色的象征意义有相当强烈的政治化和神秘化倾向。而西方文化中的颜色象征则更多地得益于西方民族开放性及科学、教育的普及程度，其象征意义少了神秘，多了些理性。对色彩的认识 每个人都有自己喜欢的颜色，一个国家和民族也一样，对不同颜色的喜好从整体上可以反映出一个民族或者国家的审美情趣与好恶倾向。 欧盟委员会的一对教授夫妇，谈起上海APEC会议上各国领导人穿的中国民族服装，他们都说非常好看，但有一点不太明白，为什么亚洲领导人大多穿红色，而西方领导人则多选择了蓝色。我觉得颜色都是领导人自己选定的。大概亚洲国家有着相同的文化背景，红色在中国文化里，也可能在整个亚洲文化中都代表着幸运、财富和吉祥如意，所以亚洲领导人都不约而同地选择了红色。那蓝色在西方文化里代表什么?他们说西方人认为，蓝色代表冷静和沉着。这就是文化的差异。但是，差异带来的并不总是分歧，它恰恰给文化艺术大师们留下了广阔的创作空间，如能从中找到一个准确的结合点，那不仅会给两个民族，而且也会给整个世界带来一种更具包涵意义的和谐与美丽，比如赵无极的画作就体现出了文化交融的无尽魅力。 但是，随时代的变迁，颜色的意义也会改变或延伸！中方对明黄有心理崇拜，帝王将相之色，而西方以白色为尊贵纯洁的象征。英语里blue有不好的意思，而中文里则是以黄色指代。西方人在颜色搭配上以自己的喜好为主，中国则比较侧重一种和谐感。在西方人观念里，颜色愈多代表的意思越丰富。而中国则以最少的颜色，最大的空白展示无上的意境。
职业打假人是什么意思
“职业打假人”（Professional extortioner for fraud fighting）是指一种民事行为人，由于假冒伪劣、有毒有害食品横行，普通民众无法识别保护自身权益，许多民众通过自身学习相关法律知识，通过法律途径主动打击市场流通的假冒伪劣产品，对市场消费环境起到净化作用。

《规定》第3条规定：“因食品、药品质量问题发生纠纷，购买者向生产者、销售者主张权利，生产者、销售者以购买者明知食品、药品存在质量问题而仍然购买为由进行抗辩的，人民法院不予支持。”
根据我国现行《消法》第55条，“经营者提供商品或者服务有欺诈行为的，应当按照消费者的要求增加赔偿其受到的损失，增加赔偿的金额为消费者购买商品的价款或者接受服务的费用的三倍；增加赔偿的金额不足五百元的，为五百元。法律另有规定的，依照其规定”。
